The Office of Student Affairs sponsors a wide range of services, programs, and events for students in the UT Tyler School of Medicine.

Our mission is to help create a welcoming and positive environment for all students that promotes the personal and professional development of students as they progress through the medical school curriculum.

Our goal is to acknowledge the student as a whole person.

This allows us to provide appropriate, individualized supports and opportunities that allows students to develop professionally, academically, and personally.

In turn, students experience, and skills are transferable to residency, careers, and their interactions with patients and the community.
